La Casetta DI Luciano

A good place for a homestay.

We only stayed one night, and I definitely won't be coming back. The place could have been looked after much better, especially the bathroom. The kitchen was dirty, including the drawers, and there were cobwebs in both the bedroom and kitchen. My bedside table smelled bad and was dirty, and I later realized it was moldy. Even the coffee maker was dirty and had a broken handle. The breakfast wasn't appealing either: broken biscuits, and the jam in the packaged tarts had melted.

Back at Luciano's again, this was my second stay, and the little house is fantastic. It's clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with spacious rooms and huge bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you could need and a large fridge. There are two rooms sharing the kitchen, which works well for a family or two couples. There's public parking, and beautiful Foligno is a 13-minute walk along Viale Liberty. If you're coming by train, the station is only five minutes away on foot. Thanks, Luciano! 🏡

The owner was really friendly, and parking was easy. It's a quiet area, just a short walk from the city center. This is a basic B&B, with a small but practical room, Wi-Fi, and a self-service breakfast made up of packaged items. It could do with a bit more cleaning.
