Giammaria is a wonderful person, so courteous and helpful, and truly honest. He's available by phone 24/7 and was accommodating when plans changed at the last minute. I couldn't stay on the first night I'd booked, so I stayed an extra night instead, and he didn't ask me to pay any difference. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. The house is beautiful and spacious, in a perfect location, and looks just like the photos. Thank you so much!

The owners are kind and friendly, and "Moon on the Roof" is a welcoming, well-kept place. Its location is handy for reaching Umbria's wonderful attractions. Highly recommended, go for it! :-)

The owners made us feel welcome right away, and they were so kind and helpful. The apartment was warm, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The bathroom has a real 1970s look, like stepping into "Back to the Future"!

The location is excellent. I just wish there had been air conditioning and a bottle of water waiting for guests when they arrived.
