The room and the rest of the apartment were really nice and clean, but the private bathroom was across the house from my room, which was awkward when I was in a hurry. The shower had only 2 of its 10 jets working, and there wasn’t any hand soap. Breakfast was another issue. Like the other guests, I found nothing to eat, and for coffee there was only the machine. I’ve stayed in plenty of B&Bs, so I know what to expect from that service, and it just wasn’t provided here. Maybe a bit more attention would have made a difference.

The common areas and my room were spotless, and the place is right in the center. Mrs. Monia was courteous, kind, and always available. She made me feel welcome, almost like I was at home. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in Foligno!

Breakfast was generous and good quality, with sweets that tasted homemade 😉😋. The friendliness and cleanliness also make it a pleasant place to come back to. It’s on the third floor of a well-kept old building. There’s no elevator, so it isn’t suitable for disabled guests or people with mobility difficulties.

The room was spotless and welcoming, and the private bathroom was in the hallway. The location suited what I needed, and the price was good for what you get. Check-in was remote, with quick, easy access to the room. I’d recommend it.

A really special place, with hospitality to match. Mrs. Monia deserves a particular thank you. I’d recommend it to anyone.
