What made our three-night stay stand out was how attentive and welcoming Barbara, Anacleto, and Donatella were. They made us feel like family and suggested places to see and places to eat. We hope to return soon. The farmhouse sits in the countryside just outside Foligno, a good break from city routine and well placed for exploring both famous and lesser-known parts of Umbria. The rooms were adequate and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there were small welcome gifts in the bathroom. Breakfast deserves a top rating: plentiful, with packaged items, fresh pastries, and a savory option. We could park inside the automatic gate. Highly recommended!

The owners made us feel so welcome. Barbara and Anacleto were incredibly kind and helpful, and the B&B offered plenty of freedom with check-in and coming and going. It was excellent value for money, and we'd happily repeat the experience. Our room was spacious, warm despite the winter weather, and spotlessly clean, with its own bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with homemade desserts and the warmth and sound of the fireplace early in the morning. Everything was perfect, we'll be back!

We slept so well in this quiet spot out in the countryside, even though Foligno is very close. It made a great base for our trips to Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Montefalco, Bevagna, and Spello. We stayed three nights, and the whole visit went smoothly. The hosts were so warm and gave us useful tips on restaurants and places to see. Breakfast was excellent each morning, with homemade food rather than packaged products. Having parking on the property, with a remote for the electric gate, was a real bonus.

We had long, enjoyable chats with the hosts, who were so friendly and gave us useful ideas for places to visit. The B&B is also a handy base for Foligno, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, and the smaller, charming villages around Umbria. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was generous and excellent. Thanks again for making us feel so welcome. We'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
