The room stayed uncomfortably hot, even with the window open or the air conditioner on. Because of that, we cut our stay short by a night and went elsewhere. The hotel is well placed for exploring Umbria, and the service from the lodging was impeccable. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices.

The rooms were very clean and nearby. Service was impeccable and always came with a smile. Our room had all the essentials, including a fridge, kettle, charging ports, and sofa.

The staff were friendly, and the whole place was clean and well maintained. Our room wasn't especially spacious, but it was adequate for an overnight stay. The peaceful surroundings made for a quiet night's sleep, and breakfast offered a wide range of tasty, healthy options.

After a few weeks in B and Bs and family-run hotels, it was a welcome change to stay somewhere modern and well equipped. This hotel is very well run, with friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and a very good breakfast. It also offered very high value for money.

We picked this place for a business meeting without knowing anything about it beforehand. It was clean, tidy, and felt safe. Luca at reception was lovely and helped us arrange a taxi and sort out the other things we needed. The bathroom was very clean and the bed spotless. Thanks so much.
