The villa worked well for our group of 12 for a week. Inside, the six bedrooms and four bathrooms were all spacious and clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The garden was beautiful and well kept, with space for at least two cars. The terrace was fabulous, with views of the sea and Maniace Castle. It was perfect for eating, drinking and spending time together. Beaches and lovely places to visit are just a few kilometres away. I’ll definitely recommend the villa to anyone who tells me they’re planning a holiday in Sicily.

The view over Ortigia and Maniace Castle is breathtaking, and the house was even better than the photos. We had a wonderful stay with 12 of us at the end of August. The villa has all the amenities we needed, plus a beautiful garden. Mauro was a welcoming host and shared lots of tips for things to do nearby. Fantastic place just steps from Syracuse. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

The place was impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare fresh fish bought nearby. There are plenty of beaches to choose from: Punta Mola is an easy walk, and Marchesa beach, which unfortunately charges an entry fee, and the Caribbean-like Fontane Bianche are also beautiful and reachable by car or bike. The location is fantastic, with views of the sea and nearby Ortigia.

A great base close to the sea, with easy access to Syracuse’s beautiful sights, the Baroque city of Noto, and beaches like Lido di Noto and those near Avola. And there are plenty of good things to taste.
