We keep thinking about coming back already. This was our second stay at Colli Martani, and it remains the most restful place my partner and I have found, despite having travelled widely. Guido has clearly planned the house with care, from the calm rooms to the views framed by the breakfast room's broad windows. The dining room windows are just as lovely, with something different to notice each day. The decor brings old and new together in a way that feels balanced, and the traditional touches sit naturally alongside modern comforts. The house is also fully sustainable, with renewable energy and its own water system. Guido and Alessadra have a welcoming team who are attentive while still giving you space. We hope to return next year with family and friends to get married here. We can hardly wait, and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to escape.

The property has potential, though it still needs renovation, and we expected better service for what we paid. We stayed two nights and were the only guests. The room had a disabled toilet, which was quite uncomfortable for us, and the mattress was hard. There were cobwebs and dead insects too. That's understandable in the countryside to a point, but not in a room meant to be ready for guests. Breakfast was very poor. We didn't expect a lavish buffet, but the manager set it up himself rather carelessly: two jugs of water and open jam bowls that seemed to have been there for days. There was no fruit or bread until we asked, and the next morning we decided to skip breakfast. Cappuccino and latte macchiato also cost extra, even though breakfast was included. Our room had no mini-fridge despite the heat, and nobody offered us cold water. We were charged promptly for two pool towels, although one of us used the pool for only an hour.

A lovely, peaceful spot among the olive trees. It feels luxurious without losing the simplicity of Umbria. Alessandra and Guido looked after us so warmly. Thank you.

The infinity pool was such a treat, with olive trees, valleys and swallows all around. We didn't get to try the spa, so that's for next time. We spent two days here and left reluctantly, after being thoroughly looked after by Guido and the staff. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the rest of the property, and the antique and modern decor works beautifully with those views. You can arrange lunch or dinner in advance. Chef Gianluca makes simple, delicious food with Umbrian ingredients, and the desserts are a must, especially the one we had. Breakfast is chosen on a form and then brought to your table in the morning. Annalisa takes care of it, and she's so kind and friendly you can't help loving her. The whole team is attentive and sweet, and talks with you like friends while making you feel at home. Gianluca and Annalisa have our hearts, and we're grateful for Guido's kindness. We'll definitely be back. See you soon, from the Nutella croissant guys 🫶🏼

The tiramisu was the best I've ever had, so don't skip dessert. I also loved the pasta, especially its deeply flavorful sauce. The food quality and welcoming atmosphere made dinner a real pleasure, and the staff were attentive and very kind, making everyone feel special. Heartfelt compliments to Chef Gianluca for his authentic, excellent cooking, as well as his kindness and professionalism. I'd be happy to come back.
