That’s the truth: we stayed for three nights over the Ferragosto holiday, and the next day was Sunday. You told us we had to buy pillows ourselves, even though pillows are standard in any accommodation. We also got no towels despite making two phone calls, and there was no toilet paper. In tourist apartments, missing toilet paper seems to be standard. And any accommodation would let you leave your luggage a little early, but you didn’t hand the apartment over to us.

The house was bright and spotless, and the hospitality was top notch. It’s in a fantastic spot with a stunning view of Piazza della Scala. Highly recommended.
