The hosts were really friendly, and the room had plenty of space. Coffee, tea, fruit, and homemade cake were there whenever we wanted them. A lovely place to rest.

We arrived late during the May bank holiday without a booking, after calling that afternoon to ask if anything was available. Mrs. Paola still got a room ready for us, and let us park our motorcycle in the courtyard. She offered us drinks and made us feel like we were visiting relatives. The room was excellent, with a spacious, welcoming shower. Coffee, snacks, juice, and water were easy to get, and the bed was comfortable. That warm welcome made our stay. We had a wonderful time and would come back if we're passing through Foligno again.

The pedestrian area that leads into the center is less than 200 meters away. We stayed four days while my son was taking his military exam. Ms. Paola is lovely, always kind and smiling, and the rooms are spacious and smell clean. She feels like a second “mother” to our boys. ❤️

It’s about a five-minute walk to both the station and the historic center. The room was cozy, and everything from the bathroom to the sheets was spotless and smelled fresh. The owner was very kind and attentive. Definitely recommended.
