Breakfast was a real letdown, with very little choice and “juice” that was just water with syrup. The pool was cold despite being advertised as heated. We arrived in the evening with my husband and our small child, who sleeps with us, but they refused to check us in because there were “three people in a double room.” We even offered to pay extra and were told a firm no. The reception staff and manager were rude and unfriendly. In the end, they let us stay one night in a triple room. Definitely not recommended, and absolutely not family-friendly.

You can walk straight onto the beach from the hotel, and there are several restaurants plus a supermarket for supplies before day trips to nearby towns and places. It's a great spot for families, with nice rooms and apartments, a generous breakfast buffet, and options to relax by the pool or go to the sea. There are also different road cycling and mountain bike tours. Perfect for families with young kids.

We loved staying here and would happily recommend it. It's a lovely, child-friendly resort with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. There's a beach bar, restaurant, mini supermarket, pool, small gym, minigolf, table tennis, stand-up paddling, kitesurfing, and entertainment for both children and adults. Staff are friendly and helpful. The town of follonica is within walking distance, and the road through the resort is car-free apart from some municipal and resort vehicles.

I really enjoyed the stay and would book ahead for my next visit. The rooms were perfect, the atmosphere was great, and everything was close by. There's a supermarket in the village and two restaurants. The trattoria workers were much friendlier than the staff at the beach restaurants.

A good choice for families, with an okay breakfast. The bungalow was much better than the standard rooms. The kids' club and easy access to the private beach were the main advantages.
