The host was so lovely and did everything she could to help me feel at home. The room and terrace were faultless, and the location was brilliant. An incredible place to stay, highly recommend 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was bright and spotless, with nice linens, towels, and toiletries, plus a Nespresso. We could only book a smaller room, but it was so clean and well organized that we weren’t disappointed. There was a little hallway noise from other guests in the morning, though it was quiet at night, with sturdy patio doors and blackout shutters. Great location for the beach, restaurants, and bars, and it’s bike friendly. The breakfast cafe/partner is bike friendly too, and just sweet in general. Communication before and after check-in was great. Grazie!

It took us years to find the right place in follonica, but now that we’ve discovered Sleep, we only stay here. We come almost every month and have for about five years, and we’ll definitely be back. It’s our number one choice on the tuscan coast. Shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach are all a minute’s walk away, yet the bedroom is quiet and makes for a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast is delicious, the hosts are lovely and friendly, and the rooms are so fresh and clean you could eat that breakfast off the floor. 100% recommended. Don’t stay anywhere else!

Having air conditioning in the room was a big plus, and everything was extremely clean. "Sleep" is perfectly located, about a two-minute walk from the beach. I loved our little balcony too. Five stars for sure.
