The location up above Val di non is fantastic, and the service was very good. I enjoyed the traditional cooking and high-quality ingredients. The starters and mains were well prepared, and there’s a choice of game meats. I had the deer filet and it was fantastic. The desserts looked good but were a little disappointing in taste and texture. Very nice wine list, and the price felt in line with what was offered.

I make a point of coming to the Ciaspole at least once a year, and every meal has left me delighted. There are only a few tables, but the location is amazing, the service impeccable, and the food exquisite. The menu is thoughtfully put together. Probably the best place to eat for miles around.

The view is beautiful, and the room was super clean and comfortable. Service was helpful and friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were amazing. Great choice, and I’ll definitely visit again!
