Botanea Guest House

The garden and views across Rome were beautiful, and the peaceful setting had plenty of greenery and birds. Sitting outside to watch the sunset was a treat. Botanea is beyond Rome, near two villages with lots of restaurants and bars. I think there's also a direct train nearby, which could be the best way into the city given the traffic. The rooms were clean and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed, and breakfast was good, especially the coffee. There's a restaurant close by and a supermarket about a five-minute drive away. Elisa and Adriano are wonderful hosts who really make an effort for you. I had a lovely four-day stay and will definitely return.

Elisa and Adriano make Botanea worth the trip, and I'd love to go back and see them. It's a lovely escape from the city, with a chance to get to Rome and the beautiful surrounding area without a long journey. I loved the view and infinity pool, and the room was spotless and had all the amenities I could want. Breakfast on the patio was excellent and made me feel like a princess. The hosts are lovely, too.

Elisa and Adriano are such a lovely couple, and they do all they can to help you feel at ease. The pool has a stunning view, and the Italian food was delicious. It's a beautiful place to unwind near Rome, and we'd recommend it to everyone.

Our one-and-a-half-year-old had a great time, and the owners were very patient with him. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel at home. It's a peaceful place in nature, close to Rome, and a good base for seeing eastern Lazio, including Tivoli, Villa d'Este, and Villa Adriana. Even a rainy day felt pleasant there. We'll definitely be back.
