6/10
It's a nice hotel in a nice town, with friendly staff and a decent-sized room. There's no elevator, which was inconvenient since we were on the second floor. Florence's main area is almost 30 minutes away, and the train wait can make the trip longer.

2/10
The train station is really close, but we barely slept for two whole nights. The noise was extreme: people yelling and talking, vehicles passing in the street, and it went on past 3 a.m. Other guests were loud too. In late May the room was extremely hot. We couldn't leave the window open because of the noise and mosquitoes, and we couldn't find the A/C remote. Being in the room felt suffocating and really uncomfortable.

The owner was very kind and helpful, and the location is perfect, right by the train station. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a great stay.

The room was okay, the price and location were good, and breakfast was included and nice.
