The room matched its description, and the location in Prato was great. Just make sure you contact the host ahead of time to arrange your arrival, since there’s no sign showing the place’s name.

The neighbors were so noisy that I couldn’t sleep, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. The floor was old and broken, there was no shampoo, and the bathroom was outside the room. This felt like a small room, not a hotel, and it wasn’t clean. I stayed one night and didn’t want to stay longer, but she wouldn’t refund me even for the remaining night. I forgot to take pictures, unfortunately, but it was really bad. I never want to come back.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I really wonder how it got permission to host people. Please look at the photos.

The only drawback was the late-night noise from the rooms below, which wasn’t the managers’ fault. Otherwise, the room was cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable bed, TV, and roomy wardrobe. It’s right downtown, just a few steps from the station. I’d definitely try to stay here again if I return to Prato.
