The thermal pools were excellent, and we especially liked having a private pool area close to our accommodation. Our room was upgraded to a spacious apartment with an extra room, a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. The hotel itself was beautiful, peaceful thanks to its hillside setting away from the island's busier parts, and clean and well maintained. Even with those positives, several service issues affected our stay. I’d rather not share the specific details publicly, but the way some situations were dealt with left us disappointed instead of relaxed. On a short five-day holiday, you expect to unwind and enjoy the place, not spend time handling unnecessary stress and resolving problems. This wasn't the first time I've encountered similar attitudes while travelling in Italy. Italy is still one of the most beautiful countries in the world, but inconsistent customer service affected our experience. I have mixed feelings about the trip. The hotel, facilities, and natural beauty of Ischia were wonderful, but because of the service, I’m unlikely to return to the island.

We were satisfied, though with a few reservations. The hotel is a little older but well maintained, and the rooms are clean. Staff were helpful and professional. The meals came in several courses, but the selection could have been more varied, especially with more fruit and vegetables. The beach is about a 10-minute walk downhill, and the store is a similar distance.

The spa and pools were so relaxing, and the hotel sits in lovely green surroundings. It’s a very cozy, quiet place with a perfect location. You can easily see Citara beach and the mountains nearby. All the staff were professional and could speak English, which is rare!

I spent a week here in July and it was phenomenal. Really nice, peaceful place. I loved the kitchen service, waiters, and cuisine, with amazing Italian food. There’s a nice little thermal pool too. I’d recommend it to everyone. It may not be right for really young children, but older teens would have an amazing time.

The staff were amazing, and we had lovely views from our room. We really enjoyed the food and the program at the hotel too.
