Hotel Terme Providence

Concetta’s massages were the best part of our stay. We’ve just finished 11 days at Hotel Providence, Forio, Ischia. It was excellent, and I’d recommend it. Thanks so much, I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

We had a memorable stay, thanks to all of you. Great hotel, wonderful staff, and a beautiful location. The spas were exceptional.

Every sunset from the terrace was magic, especially with a cocktail, and I’ll be dreaming about those beautiful sea views on cold, rainy days. The hotel was spotless and peaceful, just right for a more mature, tranquil holiday. It seems to be mostly visited by loyal Italian guests. The hot thermal baths were relaxing and helped my skin and muscles. The owner and the reception and restaurant staff made the place special. They were always willing to help, going above and beyond to help us explore the island. When all the tours to Capri were sold out, the owner even managed to get us boat tickets. The food was amazing, especially the Sunday celebration night under the stars with loads of seafood. We had half board, with delicious three-course dinners served at the table and a vegetable buffet. The grilled vegetables stacked in olive oil were so good. Thanks for welcoming us and making us feel like part of the family. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean, and the bar was lovely with great views. The staff were the best part of the stay, so friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel runs a courtesy bus at 18:30. There’s also a courtesy bus to Citara beach, otherwise it’s a 15-minute walk. Getting into town takes 25 minutes, or a taxi costs €20, which felt like a rip-off for a 5-minute, 1.5-mile ride. Breakfast was pretty average, to be honest. Most of the guests seemed to be elderly Germans.
