La piccola fattoria

The rooms were clean and welcoming, and the owner was so kind. We only stayed one night, but in the morning he brought us coffee and biscuits, plum cake, and tarts to choose from, even though we hadn’t booked breakfast. I’d gladly recommend it.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fruit, yogurt, milk, coffee, warm croissants, and honey. Tommaso even asked what we liked and made sure we had it. He was also incredibly kind and helpful, and getting to Rome was easy. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and the views were so peaceful. We felt right at home and had a wonderful holiday. We’ll be back. Thanks, Tommaso.

Daniela welcomed us warmly and asked right away if we had any special needs. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with parking on site, and both our room and bathroom were neat and clean. We had a generous breakfast with coffee, milk, yogurt, pastries, toast, jam, butter, and fruit. Coffee and tea were available whenever we wanted, and we could use the refrigerator too. The property is in a quiet, relaxing area, about a half-hour drive from central Rome. I highly recommend it.

The best part of our weekend at "La piccola fattoria" was how at ease Daniela made us feel. She welcomed me and my boyfriend so warmly, and her five sweet dogs were happy to give us cuddles. We both loved that she rescues animals. The place is lovely and green, just a short walk from Formello’s historic center. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and from the window opposite the bed we could see Rome lit up in the distance. We’ll definitely return.
