The best part was the staff, all so friendly and lovely. They even let us keep the room for the day at no extra cost because our flight was late. The pools, indoors and out, are gorgeous, breakfast was delicious, and the modern rooms were clean. A perfect base for exploring Palermo. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the Spasimo hotel for 7 nights and already miss the place. It’s such an unusual hotel, with spacious rooms and a great vaulted ceiling. The service was as good as it gets. Sylvia at reception made sure we had all the information needed for a wonderful time in Palermo, and Sabrina, Robert, Lucas, Maria, Laura, and the rest of the team were welcoming and helpful throughout.

The owner’s mom gave us a handmade keychain when we checked out, a lovely final touch to a stay that felt caring and personal. This is a cool, independent place. The hidden, secret-agent-style entrance caught my eye, and once I rang the bell and was buzzed in, the hotel felt magical. The front desk was genuine and friendly, and the whole team went out of their way, including helping with dinner bookings and our luggage. I tried the saltwater spa, found the jets weren’t working, and Maximo, the owner, came over and fixed them within five minutes. Breakfast was made to order based on what we’d asked for the night before. There’s plenty of free street parking, and we walked to the fountain main sq, which felt safe and lively. I’ll be back.

Our room was huge, spotless, and quiet, and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Maria and her team were so kind and welcoming, helping with parking and putting together breakfast the night before our early flight. Maria also shared lots of useful recommendations.
