Massimiliano made us feel very welcome and was kind and ready to help with anything. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a lovely fresh feel. Parco dei Gerani is just a few meters from the sea in Formia, so it’s an easy spot to unwind. I highly recommend it.

The owner was friendly and happy to help, and the prices are good. The room is on the small side, but it’s nicely finished and has everything you need. If you want somewhere quiet and very private, away from prying eyes, this place fits the bill.

We were there in the second half of July 2021. There’s a lot going for the apartment outside: its own entrance, a parking space, and a comfortable garden. Inside, though, it needs a full renovation. The damp marks are easy to see, and the closets smell. I’d recommend it if the place is going to be renovated or the furniture replaced.
