The owners, Mr. Massimo and his wife, made our holiday truly memorable. They were exceptionally kind and did all they could to meet our needs, sharing valuable tips on places to visit and places to eat. We're grateful they made sure we lacked for nothing. We spent a week here around mid-August and were very happy with our stay. The recently built property has private parking and sits in a convenient spot at the foot of the medieval village of Fornelli. Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and had all the comforts we needed. Breakfast each morning was especially generous, with lots of homemade sweets. The value for money was excellent. We recommend this place without hesitation.

The owners are lovely, kind, and helpful, and the location is great for excursions. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including two bathrooms. We spent three nights and had a great time. Breakfast was excellent and homemade, easily a 10 if I could give it one.

The room was modern, clean, and nice, and I'd gladly stay again when I'm in the area. But the desserts really deserve congratulations. I counted 10 kinds of cake, all made by the owner. I only tried three, and they were delicious, better than some pastry shops. There were also homemade cookies, croissants, cereal, toast, yogurt, and more, plus three gluten-free cakes.

The village is charming and full of atmosphere, and the owner was lovely and clearly passionate about the area. The room and bed were both warm and comfortable. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing stay, with a hearty breakfast featuring handmade products.
