The restaurant staff were especially attentive and kind, and breakfast was delicious. From the minute I arrived, the front desk team made check-in easy and stress-free by welcoming me and offering help. Service from the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. Hotel Acapulco has a personal touch to its hospitality, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My money went a long way here, even in high season. The room, location, staff and services were all good for the price, and I was upgraded when I arrived without even asking. The room was spotless, the mattress was very good, and it had all the amenities. Breakfast had a full buffet with both healthy and less healthy choices. The hotel deserves more than its four-star ranking, though maybe Forte dei Marmi has so many high-end hotels that the rating is understandable. My only issues were the gym, which needs an update or at least maintenance, and the bacon, which wasn't good. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed here while in Forte dei Marmi for a family wedding, and several other wedding guests were at the hotel too. The recently renovated building has striking artwork throughout. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and the rooms had lovely, comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, with lots of tasty choices. It's in a great spot, and I'd suggest renting a bike to see the area on two wheels.

The staff were the best part, and breakfast was lovely. Renting a bike was easy, and the bar tender made us special spritzes every day. The hotel isn't fancy or designer, but it's so well kept and felt like a great Italian experience. Those blackout blinds were an unexpected treat for sleeping in, and it was an easy walk or bike ride into the centre. The hotel was very clean and well equipped. For two people wanting more space, I'd choose a triple room, since the doubles are on the small side.
