Grand Hotel

I booked this hotel mainly for its location, which was perfect, but everything else was extremely disappointing. I’d rate it as a 3-star hotel, definitely not 4-star. The staff didn’t seem to understand basic hospitality and service. Several things happened during my stay, too many to list and keep this readable. For example, they wouldn’t provide an iron for the room because they considered ironing dangerous, which I found funny. Hotels around the world usually offer this small amenity. When we arrived, nobody came to collect our luggage, so we had to carry it inside ourselves. The room quality, noise, and cleanliness were also concerns. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to family or friends, and I’m not planning to return on a future trip.

We had a great stay at the Grand Hotel with our little son. The location, cleanliness, and food were all amazing. The Google or Booking score doesn’t reflect the reality, in my opinion. This place is much, much better. Thanks for the experience, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

A lovely hotel that isn’t too big. The breakfast has a good selection, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We spent seven lovely nights here with Jet 2. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, and we had good side views from the balcony, with the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. It’s a short walk to the center of Forte dei Marmi for restaurants, cafes, and designer shops. There was a lovely, extensive breakfast buffet, a decent pool, and plenty of sunbeds. The bike hire was reasonably priced and brilliant for exploring the area. Staff were pleasant and attentive, especially Donatella at breakfast, thank you, and Jaccamo in the bar, who made us the perfect coffee every evening.
