The receptionist was fantastic. She spoke some English and went out of her way to help us and make sure we understood. We found plenty of free parking, along with paid options, just around the corner after driving from Rome. Dinner was a three-course meal with other guests for 25 euro, and well worth it. Breakfast was worth the price too, with fresh pastries, cereal, and toast. You can borrow a bike for day trips into town. Our room felt safe and was clean, and the hotel had great shared spaces.

I stayed here on 15th August 2024. The hotel's page said “FREE PARKING,” but there was no parking area at the hotel. When I brought it up, they said there was free public parking nearby. I was exhausted and spent more than 30-40 minutes searching for a spot. On top of that, the hotel manager was extremely rude, and I'll report her later. The room was terrible, and the air conditioning was so noisy I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was the only good thing. The hotel's rating should be investigated.

Enchanting, with just the right balance of nostalgia and comfort. The owners and staff are brilliant.

The garden is lovely, and you can see the sea. Everything was clean and bright, and the hotel itself was very nice. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes to the centre, so the location is ideal. I’d happily recommend staying here in Forte dei Marmi.

I’m 75, well travelled, and gentle, but this was the most frightening experience of my life. The night watchman threatened several times to “break my face” while I was trying to get out of the locked premises at 8:30 pm. Avoid this place at all costs.
