The rooms made a big difference to our stay. We booked two: one was quiet and comfortable, but the other had a connecting door and the neighboring guests’ children screamed and ran up and down the hallway all day. It was very hard to relax or get any rest. I might return, but I’d ask for a quiet room without a connecting door and hope for a better experience at reception. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring, the breakfast had a good selection and most of the staff were friendly. The young male receptionist who checked us in was kind and helpful, which made a great first impression. The next morning, though, a female receptionist said we’d been put in the wrong rooms, then added, “never mind.” It was confusing to have it brought up if it wasn’t a problem. Check-out was worse: IURI was rude and unhelpful, leaving us with a sour ending. There was potential here, and some staff were great, but the uneven service and noise made the stay less enjoyable.

We stayed twice in October, and found it especially good value off-season. Clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient spot, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast.

The staff are really nice and friendly, and the garden is a pleasant place to have an aperitivo. Shopping and restaurants are about a three-minute walk away, with all the beaches and bagno nearby too.
