Having coffee on the terrace in the morning and wine there in the evening, with that panorama, made the day feel perfectly bookended. The interior is rustic and pleasant, the bathroom has been renovated recently in a modern style, and the kitchen is equipped. The view is dreamy, though the trees in front have grown enough to obscure part of it. The drive up is difficult, but once there, the location is great, near 5 Terre and 15-25 minutes by car from nearby beaches that feel like a dream. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a dream vacation.

We had everything we wanted: an amazing view, easy access to tourist attractions, lots of free parking, and comfortable beds. The kitchen and bathroom are new, there’s a BBQ, and the place was squeaky clean.

That view and location are so unique, I wish I could call this place home.

Caterina and her family welcomed us so warmly, and hearing about the area’s history, art, and food traditions made the visit even more enjoyable. The terrace view is breathtaking, reaching the Ligurian coast. If you’re lucky, you may even spot Corsica. It’s a wonderful way to be welcomed to Fosdinovo.

The house has every comfort, and Caterina and her family greeted us with smiles and helpful tips. Its setting between sea and mountains comes with an incredible view. Five stars!
