Il Tetto Verde

The garden is lovely and well cared for, with loungers, armchairs, and a table for eating outside. Bikes are available for the Tranocchi bike path, which you can reach, along with the sea, by a handy shortcut. This is a great location for the equipped beaches around Marina di Fossacesia and for nearby nature reserves, with natural coast and beaches as well as walks in the woods along the hilly coast. The owners made our stay easy and carefree with their unusual level of courtesy, kindness, and help. The property is fantastic, and the apartment is spacious, clean, and set up with everything needed for a family.

It's been years since I stayed in a B&B where you could still talk with the owners, instead of dealing with the sad, widespread use of key locks. We only stayed one night at Tetto Verde, but the hosts' hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness were clear right away. The family-run B&B has a sea-view garden where you can eat breakfast or other meals under a pretty gazebo, and the lady even gave us two homemade cakes for breakfast, which was a nice surprise. The indoor accommodation is spacious and comfortable for five, with two bathrooms and a kitchen. It has direct access from the SS 16 and is close to the Trabocchi bike path. The price was more than reasonable.

Annalisa and Dino greeted us very generously and were ready to help from the moment we arrived. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at Casa il Tetto Verde. The apartment is huge, spotless, and has all the essentials and comforts. The garden feels like a little paradise, with a seating area, deck chairs, a pergola for meals, and a barbecue. Bikes are available, and you can get straight onto the cycle path from the house. The sea, gulf, and Trabocchi views are perfect. We highly recommend it.

The greenway starts right from the house, and you can hear the sea. Annalisa Dino and her lovely daughters made us feel at home, welcoming us with so much kindness. The apartment was airy, super clean, and smelled fresh. The kitchen had everything and more, and both bathrooms were perfect and stocked with everything, towels included. The beautiful garden has furniture for relaxing with a sea view, plus a table and barbecue for meals. What else can I say? I'd give it a thousand stars if Google allowed it, but it stops at five. Highly recommended!
