The staff made this stay, especially how kind they were to my baby girl. They even helped me arrange a little birthday surprise for my mum. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely breakfast and a central spot that didn't feel crowded or noisy. The rooms are small, though that's pretty typical in Venice, and ours was beautifully decorated. This was my third visit to the city, and the hotel was family friendly and just fantastic.

We slept so well here. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, with no bouncing when one of us turned over, and after two nights we felt completely at ease. The Venetian décor is full of lovely details, and the old building has real character in the heart of San Maurizio. Mrs. Claudia was warm and attentive from the start and took care of everything we needed. Mrs. Gloria and her team run a welcoming, family style place with great service. We'd happily return to Hotel Santo Stefano.

The location made it easy to explore Venice, with plenty of sights only a short walk away. We had a really enjoyable stay and would gladly come back. Our room was clean, comfortable, and decorated in a classic style, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help with a smile.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious choices from sweet to savory. The staff were warm and friendly, and helped us with restaurant suggestions and whatever else we needed. The small boutique hotel has gorgeous rooms that felt spacious enough, with good air conditioning. Great location too.
