The evening view across the valley from the swimming pool was especially lovely. This villa near Fano made a great base for finding peace, exploring the countryside, and enjoying Italy's good food. The fruit and vegetables grown around the villa added to that feeling of care for the produce. We spent a week here on holiday, looked after by a lovely family. The villa was clean and luxurious, and every room had its own bathroom. It's perched on a hill, or as we Dutch would call it, a cliff. A great stay for me and my friends. Greetings from the Netherlands, and thanks again!

After mornings exploring the typical Italian villages around Urbino, Pesaro and Fano, we loved cooling off with a swim. The villa sits at the top of a hill with a striking valley view, and has a luxurious yet countrified feel. The rooms were clean and stylish, each with its own bathroom. The owners were incredibly hospitable and shared lots of local recommendations. Thanks so much for the stay, family Marini. We'd definitely come back!

This was really disappointing. We had booked and paid in advance through Booking for July 27 to August 3, 2024. On July 27, after arriving in Italy and just a few hours before we were due at the accommodation, we were told the villa wasn't available for our booked dates. We had to find somewhere else for our planned stay. Anyone thinking of booking here should be very careful so they don't end up in the same situation we did.

Peace and quiet are what make this vacation home special, along with its breathtaking views. It would be a great choice in winter too, but in summer the splendid private pool makes it a perfect escape.

Every room has its own bathroom, and the pool is wonderful and cleaned every day. I highly recommend this very luxurious villa.
