Guests really do feel special here, and Eva and Stefano are always ready to meet their needs and pamper them. I especially recommend Eva’s traditional Abruzzese cooking. The property is contemporary and meticulously maintained inside and out, with comfortable, welcoming, and distinctive rooms. Up on the highest hill in Francavilla a Mare, it has a spectacular view of the sea, Gran Sasso, and Maiella. It’s a wonderful setting for an unforgettable holiday in Abruzzo.

We spent one night at this wonderful villa in the countryside, up on a hill overlooking the coast. We could also see the Gran Sasso, and if you’re lucky at sunset, the Sleeping Beauty is clearly visible too. Villa Vernia would be a great base for visiting the Trabocchi coast, and we definitely plan to return, maybe for a whole weekend. The villa is recently built, modern, and finished with care down to the smallest details. The owners have set aside just five rooms for hotel guests so they can offer the best service. After a day exploring nearby places, the outdoor pool was perfect for a relaxing, private swim. Stefano and Eva, the married owners and managers, were very kind and attentive to what guests needed. My wife and I had dinner there and really enjoyed it. Mrs. Eva cooked every dish using fresh products from the family farm. She’s an excellent cook. And Stefano’s grilled kebabs are truly top!!!

Eva and Stefano were kind and helpful, and their passion for their work and the local area really came through. They helped us find charming places to eat and visit, which gave us an experience beyond a simple stay. My boyfriend and I spent two nights at brand new Villa Verna, with its welcoming rooms and exceptional homemade breakfast. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to travelers looking to relax and be pampered.

We only stayed one night, but Stefano made us feel welcome and pampered right from arrival. Eva was just as kind and courteous. The property is brand new, clean, warm, and carefully detailed. The exclusive spa felt unlike others, with herbal tea and fresh seasonal fruit. Both the Apricena and breakfast were prepared and served beautifully. I hope we can return soon.
