The location is excellent, and the price felt worthwhile. The old building is well kept and very comfortable, with really friendly staff. Breakfast was good too, though it was served at another hotel about 100 meters away. A little clearer guidance would make finding it easier.

At around 100 dollars a night, I expected more. The hotel is noisy even at night, hot water and internet were unreliable, the shower head wouldn't stay in its holder, and breakfast was pretty lame. These are all small things that could be fixed, and I wouldn't have minded them as much if the price had been about half.

Breakfast was a real treat, with an excellent buffet and amazing Italian pastries. In the heart of Frascati, this place feels magical, and the service was excellent all around.

This is a guest house run remotely by Hotel Bella Vista, not a hotel. I don't think it's worth the money.
