Our host was there when we arrived and couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The place has just three en-suite rooms, all spotless and well equipped, with air conditioning, tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. There's also a small outdoor seating area. It's a few minutes' walk from the railway station, right in the center of town. Breakfast vouchers covered a cappuccino and croissant at a small, busy café around the corner, a lovely relaxed way to start the day. Frascati makes a great base for Rome: the train takes half an hour to reach the center, while the town has beautiful views and a calmer feel. There are plenty of good places for a meal or gelato. We'd definitely stay again.

I spent 7 days here and had a wonderful stay. The room was gorgeous, with elegant furnishings, careful little details, and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, not one of those typical 70x80 cm ones. It was all super clean, and I noticed the fresh-air smell as soon as I walked in. The owner is incredibly kind and professional. Definitely a 10/10 with honors, even for a longer stay. I'll be back for sure!

The newly furnished rooms felt welcoming, and the fresh-air smell was the first thing I noticed on entering. The property is in a great spot in Frascati's historic center, and the owner was very kind and helpful. It has all the comforts and amenities needed for either a short or long stay. I was pleasantly surprised and will return.
