They’d thought of all the little details, from snacks to coffee. Our room was a good size, and the bathroom was large and clean. It was a really pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Grazie Silvia! The host was very sociable and helpful, and the service was really nice. The location in Florence’s historic center is wonderful, close to all the tourist attractions. I highly recommend it.

We arrived before 4 PM and had to use the codes to get in. The room was good, though there wasn’t much desk space. The B&B is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which I knew in advance. We only had one key card for the door, and the power switches off when you remove it, so you have to stay organized.

The heat and humidity were unbearable, and mosquitoes kept us awake all night. We knew we’d have to walk up three floors, but never expected the air conditioners not to work. It was a really bad stay, and I can’t recommend this hotel.

The stairs are worth knowing about, though they didn’t bother me. The welcome was warm, and the service included helpful recommendations. The room was missing a few small touches that might have earned it five stars, but it was still good value for a short stay. The B&B is very close to Florence’s main attractions, which made the location especially convenient.
