We were there for two nights over New Year’s Eve. The room was roomy, kept up well, and fairly clean, with useful extras like a tablet, reliable Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and automatic coffee machine. Shame there were only tea bags for it. The location was good, but there was no dedicated free parking as advertised. The street spaces were always taken, and the only spot I found was 500 meters away at €1 per hour. Breakfast was awful: stale bread, croissants that were old and inedible, and very little else to choose from. I never met the manager. The only person we dealt with was an Asian man who didn’t speak Italian well. I wouldn’t come back.

We had a comfortable stay in a very spacious, nicely furnished room. It’s a lovely property in the centre of Frascati.
