Domus Park Hotel & SPA

The breakfast was a real letdown. Aside from that, it’s a lovely hotel, with comfortable rooms and staff who were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the garden was a wonderful spot to relax and take in a great view of the city.

We paid 150 euros per night in advance through booking.com, but the stay was awful. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived close to midnight. The room on the second floor was dirty and cold, there was no way to heat it, and the bathroom had no hot water. The elevator was out of order, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. Early the next morning, we realized there was nobody available to speak with. We told them we were leaving and asked for a refund for the remaining two nights. They directed me to booking.com, even though the money had already gone to the hotel. A few days later, the hotel still refused to refund any of the payment. We opened a complaint against the hotel and posted a strong warning to tourists not to book a stay there.

The warm welcome made us feel very happy in this lovely place. Many thanks to Mr Luca and Ms Jada. Mr Luca is clearly in love with his profession, and his hospitality was great. He was very friendly and professional. Be sure to try the meat and tiramisu.

We stayed here through TrawelMart on May 7 and 8, 2024, and it wasn’t worth the money. Room 306 was awful, with nowhere to put our luggage and no help from Reception. The lift only goes up to the second floor, so there’s no lift access to that room. We also had no hot water for bathing on two days in a row. The receptionist on duty couldn’t speak English, so we had to use a translator app. Better to avoid this hotel in Rome.
