For a three-star place, this hotel deserves five. It was my first time in Italy, and the staff made me feel like part of their family, especially Linda. The service was excellent, and so were the rooms. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

We travelled from Finnish Lapland for a week away and found the hotel affordable, clean, and tidy. The food was good for the price and the conditions. Most of the staff were friendly and professional, though the number of guests showed in the dinner room service. The bar waitresses were especially helpful and nice. One of them made a strong impression with her warm, genuine cheerfulness in every situation.

The room had no fridge, and a few things needed attention: our hairdryer was broken and the fluorescent lights kept flickering. There was only a fan instead of air conditioning, and its noise made sleeping with it on difficult. Still, for an older hotel, the service felt fair for the price. It’s about ten minutes from the center or beach, and the pool beside the hotel was quiet and lovely for an afternoon of relaxing. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, the staff were generally pleasant and attentive, and our room included its own parking space.

I really liked this little hotel. The rooms facing the lake have a wonderful view, and although getting there involves a bit of a climb, it’s not too much. The whole place was spotless and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t a huge selection, but it was enough, and dinner was very good with a changing choice of dishes. In hot summer weather, I can imagine the lack of air conditioning being an issue. For a three-star hotel, I think it earns five stars.
