Cristiano made us feel very welcome over New Year’s week and was quick to help whenever we needed anything. He also listened closely to our feedback and shared useful ideas for places to visit and eat nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, practical, and stocked with everything we needed, plus a little extra. It’s a one-minute walk from central Frascati, with paid and free parking close by, which made handling our luggage at check-in and check-out easy. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Frascati and the Castelli Romani, or using it as a base for Rome and the surrounding area. Five stars all around, and we hope to return soon.

The apartment was bright and very central, with all the comforts we needed and a shower of a good size. We were there from October 30, 2021 to November 1, 2021 to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The owner was kind and friendly right through our last moments there, and even helped me arrange a cake. We knew the area already, but she still gave us plenty of helpful suggestions for eating out and things to do in Frascati.

Getting to Rome by train is easy from here, which is a real plus for the location. The house is small, but full of charm, clean, and pleasant. We had a lovely stay thanks to the woman who looks after her guests with such kindness and hospitality. Top marks for her.

The apartment was spotless, in perfect condition, and had everything I needed. Its location worked really well for exploring central Frascati, with Rome easy to reach by car afterward. I booked at the last minute, and Mrs. Marilena was helpful and kind about everything. Thanks so much, Marilena! Highly recommended. Laura

For a stay of 2-3 nights, this place makes for a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a period building right in the city center, and every little detail is carefully looked after. Its size may not suit a longer stay.
