There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the train to Rome is only a five-minute walk away. It's a great place, very close to the town centre, though not a good choice if you're in a wheelchair.

It's a beautiful place, but quite hard to find, with no sign showing where it is. There's also not really anywhere to park. If you're lost, look for the blue door. I'd recommend staying here.

Gianluca's attentiveness made our short break in Frascati and the surrounding area really memorable. We stayed in this fantastic apartment, just steps from the city centre and the train station to Rome. It was spacious, well furnished, clean, and had all the comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic vacation apartment from July 13th to 17th, 2025. It's right in the centre of Frascati, and the train station for Rome is only a 5-10 minute walk away. There's secure, lockable parking across the street, though we didn't need it. The apartment had everything we needed, from a washing machine and dryer to a crib, and it was very comfortably furnished with plenty of space. Everything was clean and tidy, and when the coffee machine broke, they responded very quickly. The stairs are steep, so be prepared for that 😂. It wasn't a problem for us. Excellent service, thank you so much! We'll definitely come back if we're allowed.
