Salvador gave us a nice welcome 🎁 and showed us around the room when we arrived for our 4-night stay. We were very satisfied, and the room had everything we needed: a hairdryer, iron and board, dj controller 😀, big TV in each room, Air Conditioners, and more. The bedroom had a big king size bed with a TV on the wall. The shower was modern but had no door. I think adding one would help, since the humidity stayed in the bedroom and wasn’t great for sleeping. Luckily, there was a AC. The toilet 🚻 was in the bedroom too, so you have to walk through the bed area to reach it. That wasn’t a problem for our family, though it could feel uncomfortable for a group. I’d recommend this room to families and couples. It’s definitely worth the price.

With great regret, we had to cancel our trip to the Castelli Romani. We made that decision early and wisely, since curfews were introduced in various parts of Italy just a few days later. We contacted the hotel to ask if we could move our booking to another date so we wouldn’t lose all the money we’d already spent. They refused outright, hiding behind cancellation policies that seemed trivial and short-sighted in the circumstances. They missed an easy chance to make a good impression. The response was so banal and meaningless that I’ll return to those areas with my whole group, but never to this place.

We stayed in this house for a full two months and had a great time. Eliana is an excellent, attentive host who’s ready to help with any need. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay in this house over Christmas. Eliana and Salvatore were welcoming and helpful, and I’ll definitely come back and recommend it.

The house is spacious, renovated, and comfortable, with all sorts of useful things provided: toilet paper, a hairdryer, bathroom amenities, breakfast items, kitchen utensils, Netflix, Wii, and PlayStation. The lady was very accommodating with requests. Congratulations, we’ll be back.
