The location worked well for my short visit to Fratta Polesine, especially since I arrived by train. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom and shower had plenty of space. The owner was friendly and helpful, and I had a great time here. A good choice for a quiet stay.

A quiet, peaceful place, and I even had covered parking for my vehicle. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We managed to communicate without a language barrier, as long as both people were willing to try. Everything was nice, fairly clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was typical Italian fare, and the espresso was delicious. I definitely recommend it.

We’ve just got back, and I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. The owners were kind and friendly, and the room was clean with air conditioning, a fan, and a TV. The bed was maybe even more comfortable than the one at home 😀. It was well located for getting around town, and our motorbike was kept safely away. Thanks so much to Francesco and his uncle. I nearly forgot the price, which was negligible compared with how much we enjoyed our stay.
