The garden and breakfast veranda were the only parts that seemed well cared for. Elsewhere, things were dirty and run down, including the rooms and the shower, which was awful: the spray was clogged with limescale and barely let out water. The sink spray was worse, with no gaskets, so water burst out whenever it was turned on. We asked for toilet paper after it ran out and were told it would be brought over, but nothing arrived until the next day. The owner was friendly, but we'll never return.

When I arrived around 12:00 the next day, I apologized for missing the morning because of health problems. The owner and his son opened the door but acted as if they weren't the owners. After making me wait, they left me without a room, saying it had been sold because I hadn't come earlier. The day before, the owner had assured me the room was available, said he was holding it for me, and told me I could just show up to check in. I had even offered to pay the full rate in advance the next morning, though he said not to worry about payment until check-in. They answered rudely when I raised this, as if they wanted to prove themselves right. Respect and good manners come first. I strongly discourage staying here.

We stayed here as a family on September 20 and 21, 2024, with three double rooms booked. I'd paid a €50 deposit in May. We got just one shower towel for the two days, and the rooms were never serviced. My daughter's iron went missing. The owners were almost always absent even though they lived above the guest rooms, so we communicated by text message. On departure day, they said they were waiting for a locksmith because they were locked inside and couldn't open the door. We didn't even receive breakfast. Luckily, there was a coffee machine available, and my daughter kindly offered to make coffee for other guests too. I'm still waiting for the invoice I requested several times, and now they no longer answer my calls or messages. From the reviews I've read here, you seem very unprofessional and UNRELIABLE. I hope the Guardia di finanza comes to inspect you soon.

We spent 10 days here and felt at home from the start. Vittorio, Antonietta, and Pietro were so kind, and the room was charming and nicely equipped. It really was a peaceful little oasis, with comfort and cleanliness clearly a priority. The breakfast was unforgettable, especially the delicious croissants from what seemed like the best pastry shop in Frattamaggiore. We'll definitely come back. Thank you so much. PS... We miss Dracula and Crescenzo so much ❤️
