After we'd booked and paid through booking.com, the host sent a message saying we'd be in a different apartment because the photos and address hadn't been updated yet. That wasn't true. The new apartment was tiny, with barely enough room to sit on the toilet, and it was missing amenities advertised on booking.com, including a hairdryer and toilet paper. I asked whether there was a coffee machine in the room, and the host said yes. I brought my own coffee pods, but there was no machine. I don't recommend this place.

The location was pretty good and the bed wasn't bad, but the communication, amenities, and service were extremely poor and disrespectful to tourists. The price was far too high for what I got. The host specifically said there would be coffee and tea, but there was none in either the room or the lobby. The accommodation involved lies about what was provided. Avoid it at all costs.

The rooms were clean, and the location was great for getting to historical sites. The shower cap was broken, but they fixed it after we reported it, and Guila was very helpful. We had no hot water on our last night. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend the place.

We felt very safe as a group of girls, and the place was private and very clean. Many famous sights are close enough that we could walk around central Rome. Angelica helped us a lot before and after we arrived, and gave us maps plus a list of restaurants and bars. We'd definitely call them if we visit Rome again.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect. The room was clean, really clean. A perfect spot to stay in Rome.
