We stayed here in summer 2018. The best part was the pool, which was big and great. The supermarket is only 50 meters away, with a wide choice of food, and a few cafes and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk. The receptionists were polite and helpful, and both the train station and metro are not far, so it’s easy to get to central Rome. The room didn’t have enough kitchenware. There was no electric kettle, the frying pan was bad, and in our Superior Suite there was only one mug and no teaspoons. The Wi-Fi was sometimes very poor.

Best place, best staff.

The apartments are spacious, but the owners don’t maintain them well. I stayed here for work and found several issues. Most of the electrical outlets seem to date from when the building was put up, which I think was in the late 1980s or early 1990s, and many don’t work. There wasn’t even a broom and dustpan for small messes, and you can’t wait for the scheduled cleaning, so I bought a broom myself. Cleaning was minimal. The parquet in the main rooms clearly wasn’t being cleaned, and it looked like they only gave it a makeshift vacuum, if not just a quick sweep. Parking wasn’t always available because the supermarket next door used it. That’s a problem if you come by car, especially given Rome’s chronic parking shortage, and yet it’s listed as a service. The air conditioning was also listed, but effectively didn’t work. It wasn’t turned on centrally, and when it was switched on by request, it only ventilated, despite the apartment getting sun all day. It wasn’t turned on before 11 a.m. and was shut off by 10 or 11 p.m. at the latest. The pool wasn’t available during my stay, so I can’t comment on it. This property could be five stars, but it’s clear they want to keep it as it is.

I ended up here by chance. The rooms are pretty dated, but not too bad overall. There’s no staff around, and the location is very inconvenient, with the nearest metro station 2 km away.

I stayed one night while doing some renovations and found the price fair. The place is quiet and conveniently located, with free parking on site. My room was spacious and had comfortable amenities. They allow pets, and I brought my cat. I’d recommend it.
