We were 14 friends with children staying in the private villa. There was plenty of room and different kinds of bedrooms to suit us, with air conditioning in some and not in others. The grounds are stunning, the private pool was cleaned every day, and there’s a great terrace for meals. We also enjoyed walks around the estate. A really good find, and thanks to Elena for making us feel welcome.

There were 13 women in our group, and we were all very happy with the villa, the grounds, the beautiful pool and the facilities on site. Elena, her family and the staff were friendly and professional. We’ll be back.

The place and the staff were both amazing. It’s less than an hour from Pisa and Florence, and the drive to Venice and Rome is a very nice three hours. A beautiful place to stay while visiting Italy.

The restaurant was the best part for us. The chef is warm and happy to chat, and the food was excellent. He even made a few things for us that weren’t on the menu. The house wine is a good pick, and you should try the house-made olive oil too. We stayed a week in the Typ 1, a cozy, nicely decorated 40sqm studio. There are beautiful vacation homes here between Pisa and Florence. We’d happily recommend it and will definitely come back.
