Pisa and Florence are easy to get to by car from here. It's a nice hotel, with a good breakfast and friendly staff.

We had lovely days in Tuscany. The owner was friendly, the rooms were nice, and the food was good. There's also a great swimming pool and a large parking area with video surveillance.

The restaurant was a real highlight for me: the food was carefully made with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the menu prices were surprisingly competitive for the quality. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the courteous, helpful staff made meals even more enjoyable. My room was impeccably clean, with every corner cared for and a fresh, orderly feel. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would gladly return. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable, convenient visit with excellent food and cleanliness at affordable prices.

The property is spacious, but it needs renovation, and the rooms show wear. After just a few minutes showering in the jacuzzi tub, the bathroom flooded. There was also evidence of an old leak on the floor outside it. The very kind receptionist gave us a second room to use the bathroom since no other triple room was available. The owner didn't appear until checkout, when we asked to see them, and was rude, arrogant, and impolite.
