We've stayed here twice, and would love to return. The house is large, and there was plenty of room for all eight of us, five adults and three children. It's in a very quiet spot. Paolo, the owner, is helpful and quick to reply on WhatsApp. You'll need a car for excursions.

The fenced property is lit at night, and you can drive in and park right in front of the house. Paolo, the property manager, visits twice a week to clean the pool and look after things. He's friendly, funny, and easy to reach on WhatsApp. There is a large pool, ping-pong, foosball, and a small slide and swings for little kids. Villa Cerbaie sits a little way off the main road, with the nearest neighbor about 200 meters away, so we could move around freely without disturbing anyone. Pisa and the sea are about a 45-minute drive, and Florence is half an hour away. We spent two weeks here in beautiful Tuscany, had a wonderful holiday, and highly recommend the villa. Five stars from us!
