We happened to be in the area, so we stopped at this restaurant. The food was excellent. I rated the service four stars, though the bread felt a bit restricted: they brought just one piece per person, and we had to ask for more twice.

The handmade casoncelli were delicious, and the roast beef with mushrooms was just right. Canella Restaurant in Fuipiano has a warm, authentic feel and sits peacefully among the mountains. The staff were attentive and courteous. A great choice if you're after the real taste of the mountains.

Giorgia and her family made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service was excellent. This family-run place sits in the Bergamo valleys (Valle Imagna) with a breathtaking view that whets your appetite. We loved discovering the traditional cooking and its more modern interpretation, including pizzocheri ravioli. Everything was delicious and top quality. Congratulations!

Even on a Sunday, without a reservation, they found a table for two for me quickly and treated me with real kindness and professionalism. I was very satisfied with lunch at the "Canella" restaurant. The food was excellent and fairly priced, and there was plenty to choose from across the appetizers, first courses, second courses, and those "SUPER" desserts. The mountain-style decor is typical, the bathrooms were clean, and there are several tables both indoors and outside. Parking is nearby. I didn't stay at the hotel next door, so I can't speak to it, though it has twelve rooms above the restaurant. Highly recommend.
