Breakfast was unforgettable, personally cooked by Diambra, with eggs, breads, quiches, cheeses, yoghurt, fruit and plenty more. Ivan and Diambra are really friendly and responsive, and made the stay feel warm. They gave us thoughtful recommendations, including an affordable, family-run winery tour and tasting instead of one of the highly commercialized options. The spacious villa has lots of shared places to lounge and sits in a quiet area. Ivan even reminded me to move my car because the trees might wither. The hosts are really, really nice and go above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!! ❤️

The breakfasts were fresh, thoughtfully prepared and delicious each day, and Diambra and Ivan were warm and welcoming. This was my second stay at Villa Guarienti Valpolicella, and it was wonderful again. The castle-like historic building has beautiful architecture and a peaceful feel, surrounded by nature and wonderfully quiet. It’s close to Verona and Lake Garda, and just six minutes from the Fumanelli vineyards. There are also excellent restaurants nearby for dinner. A magical place where you feel special and at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk were very good. Verona and Lake Garda are around 20-30 minutes away. The freshly made breakfast had far more than we could eat, with both sweet and savory choices. The garden, with vineyard views, was lovely for relaxing, and there was no unwanted noise, just peace. The property is fully fenced, which made it ideal for our dogs. The beautiful villa has so much charm and has been renovated into a perfect setting. Our room was spacious, everything worked well, and there was air conditioning. I wish I had a bathroom like that at home. There were toiletries, plenty of towels and even slippers. The decor in the rooms and common areas was wonderful and true to the spirit of the house. Such a peaceful, inspiring stay.

The hosts were wonderful, and breakfast was amazing, all homemade. I loved relaxing in the hammock in the big garden. Such a pleasure to stay here, and definitely a good choice in Valpolicella!

A very accommodating, friendly host and a great location away from the main routes and busy travel spots in northern Italy. There still isn’t an electric vehicle charger in town.
