Club Hotel

I didn’t have high expectations while in Gabicce for work, since I’d barely be in the room, and I booked without even checking the photos. Still, the short stay brought one nice surprise after another. Someone greeted me and handled check-in very courteously and helpfully, even though it was after five in the morning. My room was bright, clean, and roomy, with a big balcony, air conditioning, TV, and a simple, functional bathroom with towels, a shower cap, toiletries, a shower, and a hairdryer. I skipped breakfast, though they did offer a slightly later checkout because I was tired and had arrived late. I did enjoy a lovely sweet and savory buffet in a spacious, bright room. The hotel’s hospitality was a welcome relief at the end of a long, scorching, exhausting day. I wish I could say the same for the work experience.

The rooms are simple but spacious and have the comforts you need, including air conditioning, a safe, Wi-Fi, a large bathroom with shower, and a small terrace. Everything was spotless. The property is modern and recently renovated, with a pool, and guests can also use the pool at Hotel Du Parc across the way. The two hotels share a reception and are part of the same property; Hotel Du Parc also has a lovely rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views. Full-board meals are tasty and served quickly. Parking is in a designated lot 2 km away, with a shuttle to and from the hotel. The spot on Gabicce’s Panoramic Road is just a few minutes’ walk from the center, away from the bustle and facing the slope down to the beaches. Recommended for a relaxing family holiday.

For a quiet break without spending too much, this is a decent hotel for a week. It’s away from the busy downtown area but only a five-minute walk from it. Getting to the beach means tackling a few steep climbs, though a shuttle can pick you up. We stayed at beach 37, which was beautiful and spacious, and had a very friendly lifeguard.

I went with family and friends to the Club Hotel in Gabicce at the start of August, and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were new, nicely furnished, and clean; staff were friendly, and the meals were generous with plenty of variety. There are two pools in a quiet, sheltered spot. I chose the all-inclusive option and found it worthwhile. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in Gabicce again.
