Laura at reception was the real highlight: warm, cheerful, and full of useful suggestions for places to visit nearby. Everyone else was friendly too. We stayed four days in a little apartment in the building on a B&B basis. Breakfast was fantastic, with sweet and savory choices, and the fresh artisanal products were delicious. The sea and local amenities are very close. We’d happily repeat the experience.

Being right on Gabicce’s seafront is a real advantage, but I came away unhappy. My top floor room was terribly hot and noisy, and there was little consideration for food intolerances. I’m lactose intolerant, and breakfast offered no alternatives. I got sick during the stay and left three days early. Even so, they insisted on charging the full amount, although it was the third week of September 2025. They wouldn’t give even a small reduction for the meals or beach service I didn’t use, both of which were part of the daily rate. I understand paying for the room, but they could have adjusted the extra services. They also promised me a voucher for a future holiday, but it was fictitious and never arrived.

We went for a week in mid-September, and the good weather meant we could enjoy the beach, which is very close by. The breakfast spread was generous and varied, and the meals were hearty and well cooked. The food was delicious, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday. My husband and I may well return.

Breakfast with the sea behind you is a lovely way to start the day, thanks to this hotel’s wonderful location. Our room was clean, the service excellent, and the food good. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the Tecchi family who run the place were especially kind and helpful. My husband and I stayed in June and will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.
